**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our wellness studio, attract new clients, and enhance brand awareness within the Pune community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to promote our wellness studio and its services.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital content.
- Support the organization and promotion of events, workshops, and special promotions both online and in-person.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the studio's website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including instructors, designers, and management to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Monitor marketing budget and expenses, ensuring campaigns are executed within allocated resources.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for wellness and holistic health.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
