Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive at Yoga De Temple (Pune), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our studio's offerings and attract new clients. With at least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry, you will bring valuable expertise and insights to our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and enrollment in our yoga classes, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including instructors, administrators, and customer service representatives, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts and messaging.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, and leverage findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance our brand visibility and reach.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, outreach activities, and networking opportunities to engage with potential clients and strengthen our presence in the local community.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the health, wellness, or fitness industry is preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for promoting holistic wellness and mindfulness through yoga.
