**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print media, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and vendors to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners to drive repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

**Brand Awareness & Outreach**:

- Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image through consistent messaging and branding efforts.
- Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, media outlets, and influencers to boost outreach.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing and sales activities, preparing regular reports for the leadership team.
- Use insights from data analysis to refine strategies and improve ROI on marketing efforts.
- Monitor sales metrics and suggest process improvements for achieving sales goals.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a private firm or startup.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic photo/video editing is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask.
