
Patient Support Representative

**Preferred Experience**: 1-6 years
**Key job accountabilities**:
- Knowledge of RCM and patient services.
- Responsible for answering patient calls. Communicate respectfully and politely with all patients.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate call notes for all inbound and outbound calls.
- Professionally handle all inbound calls and resolve billing statement queries.
- Process patient payments on call and follow all PHI protocols.
- Willing to work on other areas of RCM as required.
- Relevant experience in USA health care medical billing.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
- Must be comfortable in inbound and outbound US voice process.
- Must be extremely polite and have calm attitude for handling patient calls.
- Must have at least 1+ year experience in patient calls.
- AR calling role experience will also be considered.
- Must have knowledge of medical billing software, preferably Tebra, PracticeFusion, Epic etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
