Patient Care Executive

Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate cancer care. We are currently looking for a Patient Care Executive to enhance our patient support and care coordination. This role is pivotal in managing patient interactions, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey through treatment at our facility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, addressing their needs and queries.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, arranging follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their families about the hospital's processes, treatments, and healthcare management.
- Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and respond to concerns or complaints, ensuring high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hospital policies and best practices in patient care.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field.
- Proven experience in patient care or customer service roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operating procedures.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
