EOD/BOD Activities of Risk management System. (Trading Domain - RMS)
Follow checklist properly and cross verifying the same on daily basis.
Log Analysis for technical issues, exceptions.
Reporting Issues in timely manner.
Data level Analysis
Coordination with different teams.
Coordination with Customer (whenever needed)
Publishing incident on issue tracker on daily basis.
Taking follow-up of open issues from respective touch points.
Flexible to work in shifts/weekends whenever needed.
Raising of Level2 issues to respective hierarchy, follow-up till closure
Deployment
Patch Management
Troubleshooting
Understanding and prioritizing issue, logical thinking.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in timely manner.
Communicating with colleagues/superiors to diagnose problem
Proactive approach for Application Support, Monitoring.
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Prepare knowledge base of learnings and share with team.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Keep learning about various aspects of Back-office operations for better understanding and providing logical solutions for the reported issues.

**Technical & Behavioural Competencies**:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Production Support.
Good Command in SQL or Oracle. (Must Have)
Good exposure in Linux, Solaris. ( Must Have)
Knowledge of stock market operations, frontend and backend processes is added advantage

Willingness to learn

Bachelors Degree
