**Summary**:

- We are hiring an In-House Legal Executive with **real estate** experience to manage legal documentation, due diligence, RERA compliance, and support project acquisition and re development procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and vet agreements including MoUs, Development Agreements, POAs, Sale Deeds, etc.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land/property acquisition
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations
- Handle notices, litigation, and coordination with external counsel
- Maintain legal records and liaise with government bodies for approvals
- Advise management on legal risks and structuring

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- LLB degree from a recognized university
- 2-3 years’ experience in real estate law (developer/consulting firm)
- Sound knowledge of RERA, DCPR, land laws, and property registration
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
