**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Location**:Airoli**, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time **(Night Shift) Cab Facility**
**Experience: Freshers** / Experienced (**6 months+ preferred**)
Salary Range - **Up to 15,500/- Per Month + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives**
**Age Requirement**: 18 years and above

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and effective communication.
- Maintain call logs, records, and customer interactions in the system.
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
- Adapt to rotational shifts as required.
- Upsell or cross-sell services/products where applicable.

**Requirements & Skills**:
**Technical/Domain Skills**:

- Basic computer operation knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Dependable, with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales skills and willingness to learn new processes.

**Communication Skills**:

- **Clear voice with good clarity**.
- **Accent neutrality and fluency in English**.
- **Strong grammar and spoken communication skills**.
- **Ability to engage customers politely and effectively**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 6 months or more experience in customer service or call center roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Pay: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
