Systems Administrator Desktop

**Responsibility**
- Install and configure software and hardware in laptop/desktop/servers
- System software patches and hardware upgrade
- Troubleshooting skills on Tally client and server
- Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Active Directory
- Troubleshoot problems with software and hardware, network and security issues
- Install and configure network printer and plotter
- Manage Network Drives and file share
- Brief knowledge on Storage, Backup and Archive area
- Basic knowledge of Networking and the monitoring tools
- Software license monitoring and compliance
- Create and maintain systems and user documentation
- Basic configuration of LAN, WAN, Wireless
**Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as SysAdmin (System Administrator)
- Education qualification of Engineering or equivalent
- Professional certification MCSA, A+, N+
- Must be prepared to work in an extremely collaborative environment
- This role requires to be a team player and worked in a team of 10 members
- Excellent communication skills
- This role will be reporting to the Heartfulness IT Site Ops Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
