System Administrator

Position Type: Full Time

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Installing, Patching, and maintaining the desktop operating systems.
- Checking for hardware-related performance issues and replacing the hardware if required.
- Interacting with users, identifying and troubleshooting the issues, and following up on the same till user satisfaction is achieved.
- Perform a regular check over critical and security updates.
- Fixing the Laptop/desktop performance issues.
- Printer installations and troubleshooting of the network printers.
- Creating weekly reports on the system’s health status for review.
- Assist team in the resolution of hardware, software, and system issues.
- Folder security and user access management.
- Maintain the Anti-virus on all the machines up-to-date.
- Performing data restore through Shadow Copy or from the local storage devices.
- Responsible for providing desktop support.
- Provided support on computer performance issues, and user access issues.
- Identifying the system hardware issues and taking appropriate action to resolve those.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
