**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Production Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to schedule, monitor, and optimize production activities for efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill): Strong understanding of quality standards and implementation of strict inspection procedures during manufacturing.
- Material Handling (Mandatory skill): Proficient in the safe and effective handling, movement, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Process Optimization: Skilled in identifying areas for improvement within production processes to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Documentation: Capable of accurately maintaining production records, process logs, and compliance documentation.
- Batch Processing: Experience or strong interest in managing and monitoring batch-based chemical or polymer production operations.
- Shift Reporting: Detail-oriented in preparing and submitting shift-wise production, quality, and equipment performance reports.
- Inventory Control: Experience or keen ability to manage inventory levels, track usage, and initiate timely ordering of needed materials.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production plans and timelines set by senior staff.
- Participate in the execution of quality control protocols and report any deviations to supervisors for prompt corrective action.
- Manage the safe receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products within the facility.
- Support process optimization initiatives by observing, recording, and providing input to improve operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive production logs, batch records, and documentation as per company standards.
- Actively monitor and support batch processing steps to ensure correct procedures and consistency in outputs.
- Compile and submit detailed shift reports outlining production volumes, operational issues, and compliance with schedules.
- Monitor inventory consumption, conduct periodic stock audits, and assist with requisitioning materials as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
