**Key Responsibilities of an Admin Officer (Ex-Serviceman)**
- **Office Administration** - Managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- **Personnel Management** - Supervising staff, handling HR functions, and ensuring discipline in the workplace.
- **Security & Safety Compliance** - Overseeing security arrangements, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing emergency response plans.
- **Logistics & Inventory Management** - Handling procurement, asset management, and inventory control.
- **Government Liaison & Compliance** - Coordinating with government agencies, ensuring legal compliance, and handling documentation.
- **Vendor & Contract Management** - Managing suppliers, contracts, and external service providers.
- **Facility Management** - Overseeing office infrastructure, maintenance, and utilities.
- **Record Keeping & Documentation** - Maintaining employee records, reports, and other essential files.
- **Discipline & Code of Conduct** - Implementing office policies and ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
