The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple functions, and prior experience working in the administration department of a reputable educational institution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Provide support to school leadership team and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication.Coordinate between departments and assist with workflow management.Assist the school leadership team with operational planning and administrative tasks.Deal with the different vendors and contract managements, budgets, maintaining records, and preparing administrative reports.Assist school leadership team and departments by facilitating workflow and resolving administrative issues.Ensure in compliance of office practices and implementation of policies and legal regulations.Maintain positive communication with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.Qualifications✔ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in an administration role.✔ Experience in an international educational institution is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to coordinate tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities.Proficient in administrative procedures, documentation, and team coordination.Strong team leader with people skill.
