_**Flaviant Network Pvt. Ltd. **_**is an ed-tech organisation that provides online and offline learning solutions to aspirants of Civil Service Examinations. We are hiring for an enthusiastic and versatile individual for the role of Front Desk Counsellor.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **To keep oneself updated with the product information**:
- **To provide relevant information about the courses to students via mails/calls**:
- **To take responsibility and close admission to courses within the deadlines**:
- **To co-ordinate with different departments to resolve any issues in enrolment**:
- **To suggest the management for products and re-designing processes to make it student friendly.**:
- **To follow up on the leads on calls/mails for enrolment**:
- **To maintain data in relevant formats as may be required from time to time.**

- **Good Interpersonal skills**:
- **Experience in ed-tech and Civil Service Examination will be an added advantage though not mandatory.**

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
