**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and clarify issues.
- Assist in writing test scripts and test plans under guidance.
- Participate in team meetings and provide clear, confident communication on testing progress and challenges.
- Support the QA team in continuous improvement of testing processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0 to 6 months of experience in manual or automation testing (internships and academic projects count).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is advantageous.
