We are **looking for a meticulous QA Tester**to join our team and ensure the quality of our software products. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough tests to identify software defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure they are resolved before release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Document and report defects, providing detailed information to assist developers in resolving issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
