**Job Title: Sales Co-ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate and track sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely order processing.
- Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and address inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
- Maintain and update customer information in the SAP system.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and product documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Minimum Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the gas generator industry or related technical products is a plus.

Salary CTC: 14-20k CTC

Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

**Benefits**:

Pay: ₹10,445.38 - ₹32,168.90 per month
