**Key Responsibilities**:
Order Management:
Monitor incoming orders through Shopify on a daily basis.

Verify order details and ensure that they are processed correctly.

Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipment of products.

Update order statuses in the system and communicate any changes to customers.

Handle order cancellations, modifications, and refunds as required.

Payment Handling:
Oversee all transactions made through the Shopify platform.

Reconcile payments daily and weekly to ensure accuracy.

Address any payment discrepancies by liaising with payment gateways or financial institutions.

Assist customers facing payment-related issues on the platform.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service related to orders and payments.

Address customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve any potential order or payment

Minimum Experience: 1 Year (Must)

Qualification: Must Graduate (In any field), knows how to access a computer system

Initial Interview: Telephonic.

Final Interview: On -Site

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
