Job Description:
As a Soft Skills Trainer at Connecting Cyber Networks Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for fostering the personality development of our students, preparing them for interviews, boosting their confidence, and imparting essential soft skills that are critical in today’s professional environment. Your role will be pivotal in preparing students not only for technical exams but also for real-world success.

Key Responsibilities:
Personality Development:
Conduct personality development sessions to help students build a positive and professional persona.

Focus on aspects like self-awareness, communication, body language, and emotional intelligence.

Provide personalized feedback to students to enhance their overall personality.

Interview Preparation:
Prepare students for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback.

Train students on how to handle common interview questions, improve their communication, and present themselves confidently.

Teach effective techniques for answering questions, managing nervousness, and showcasing strengths during interviews.

Boosting Confidence:
Lead activities and exercises aimed at boosting self-esteem and confidence in students.

Create a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to engage, practice, and grow.

Help students overcome public speaking anxiety and improve their presentation skills.

Soft Skills Training:
Design and deliver soft skills training modules on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, conflict resolution, leadership, and customer service.

Conduct interactive sessions using a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, group discussions, presentations, and case studies.

Feedback and Progress Monitoring:
Assess students’ progress through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations.

Provide constructive feedback and personalized recommendations to help students improve.

Continuously monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in English, Communication, or Education).

**Experience**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in soft skills training, personality development, or similar roles.

Prior experience in conducting mock interviews or training corporate employees is a plus.

Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students.

Expertise in public speaking and group facilitation.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for student development.

Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.

Familiarity with assessment and feedback techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
