**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing content plans to increase followers on popular social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter)
- Support and coordinate content with internal stakeholders
- Engage with followers by responding and communicating through the company's social media pages
- Support social media content implementation at live and online events
- Support content customization as per inputs on trending topics/hashtags

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- General knowledge of social media content optimization and corporate profile management
- Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and stakeholders, and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office

**Education and Experience**:

- Marketing / communications graduate with knowledge of social media content
- 1 to 2 years of social media content experience
- Experience with posting content on sites such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and others
- Experience in determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
- Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
- Technical knowhow of social media marketing will be an added advantage, but it is not mandatory
