To provide support to stores on security issues in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. Reporting serious incidents to the store leadership & Retail security team. Liaising with Law Enforcement as and when we require support

**The incubment is responsible for;**

Following our business code and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Understands business needs and Organization process
Efficiency to communicate with emergency services of North America & Canada at all times
Accurately report incidents according to the relevant crime types with Empathy towards colleagues
Confident individual by being able to make quick decisions at the right time without impacting the business
Ability to manage and drive the shift performance along with individual responsibilities
Being knowledgeable and approached by team members for support during shifts

Capability to prepare reporting mechanism and explore options to simplify operations
Monitoring live store cameras and provide advisory actions
Uses process expertise to solve complex issues by working with the relevant teams/colleagues/vendors etc

**Key People and teams I work within business**

Store and Retail colleagues
External Vendors, facilitators (Avigilon, TYCO)
Retail Security team and other business support teams
Internal support teams like IT, Helpdesk etc.
Law enforcement agencies & Emergency services (PD, Fire rescue)

**Skills**

Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT, Gmail etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Diverse and ability to multi-task
Possess analytical skills to plan the shift and mitigate from any undue vulnerability for operations
Strong decision making skill
Strong knowledge on security systems (Avigilon, Tyco, Access systems etc.)

**Job Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree

Office Hours: Willing to work in flexible shifts.
