**About the Role**

We are hiring **Delivery Executives** for Ecom Express to manage timely pickup and delivery of parcels. This is a **shipment-based earning model**, where your monthly income depends on the number of packages delivered. With attractive incentives and petrol allowance, this role offers **excellent income potential and career stability** in logistics and e-commerce delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick up and deliver customer parcels safely and on time.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
- Handle shipments carefully to avoid damage or loss.
- Maintain daily delivery logs and collect customer signatures.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Update supervisors on delivery status regularly.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum qualification**:Any education background** (10th pass or higher).
- **A valid two-wheeler driving licence** is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred (petrol allowance provided).
- Basic communication and reading skills.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Physically fit and willing to work in field operations.
