**What you will do**:

- Collaborate closely with the business team to comprehensively grasp business requirements and translate them into data science objectives.
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models aimed at enhancing efficiency and precision in areas such as demand forecasting, resource optimization, and revenue optimization.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Engage in seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to seamlessly integrate data-driven solutions into our systems and

products.
- Lead projects from conceptualization to execution, taking ownership of the entire data science lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, optimization techniques, and relevant domains.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the

organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and expertise in data science methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore innovative data science solutions that drive business growth and competitive advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industry or research lab settings, with a focus on data science methodologies.
- Possess a deep understanding and practical expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data analysis techniques.
- Show a proven track record of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering machine learning-based data products that have made significant impact on business outcomes.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Have experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, with the ability to efficiently process large-scale datasets.
- Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in deep learning projects, including the development and deployment of deep neural network models, is highly desirable.
- Possess a background working in startup or product-based consumer/internet companies, demonstrating adaptability and a drive for innovation in dynamic environments.
