**Full Job Description**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintaining General Ledger and Vendor payables and tracking down the purchase and sales payments.
- Analyse Bank statements and Manages stock inventory.
- Able to create tax Invoices precisely using tally as per the customer purchase order.
- Able to reply to Customers through Mails.
- Responsible for documentation like file PO, payment vouchers.
- Answering customer calls via Phone and creating business letters when required.
- Preparing the Quotations.
- Following Up payments with the Customer on regular basis.
- Tracking the Transport Material and following up the materials.
- Able to submit the Tenders in Various eprocurements websites
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
