**Requirements**:

- MBBS degree must
- Proven work experience as a Medical Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry.
- Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with medical transcription.
- Solid understanding of Healthcare procedures and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to supervise and train team members.
- Problem solving Attitude.
- Basic accounting skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily administrative operations.
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives.
- Create quarterly and annual budgets.
- Maintain organized medical and employee records.
- Stay up-to-date with Healthcare regulations.
- Resolve potential issues with patients.
- Answer queries from Doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
- Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.
- Train new employees.
- Monitor administrative staff's performance.
- Prepare work schedules.
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
- Create quarterly and annual budgets.

**Salary**: From ₹150,000.00 per month
