Role & responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate nursing activities

Ensure implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
Plan and manage duty rosters, leave schedules, and staff deployment.
Ensure adequate supplies and maintenance of nursing equipment.
Conduct regular training and development programs for nursing staff.
Monitor infection control practices and patient safety measures.
Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support departments for smooth functioning.
Handle patient and staff grievances related to nursing services.
Maintain records and reports as per hospital and regulatory requirements.
