As a Field Sales Executive at GAJANAN SIDDHIVINAYAK FOODS, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our range of premium rice products, and achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend suitable rice products accordingly.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

**2. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Actively promote and sell our Rice products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify new sales opportunities and areas for business expansion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions.

3. **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and product improvements.

4. **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the rice or agricultural industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Rice products and the agricultural market is a plus.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
