Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other necessary documentation.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting principles.
- Audits: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Other Duties: Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
