JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Receive the patient/visitor.
- Direct then to the concerned place and give information for all enquiries.
- Provide information regarding various procedures and inform then about the formalities in the hospital.
- Page for doctors and other staff as and when required.
- Announce codes as and when required.
- Maintain information about consultants (OPD Timings. Fees, etc.)
- Take messages for the patients, doctors and staff and pass it on duty.
- Call in-patients attendants as and when such request is placed.
- Provide feedback forms to patients/visitors who wish to provide feedback.
- Ensure that the suggestions box is opened daily and send feedback forms to HOD.

Experience: 2-4yrs in Hospitals

Qualification: Graduate

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
