We are **Fore Excel** based in Bavdhan. We are hiring for our subsidiary company Infinity Toytronics.

**Infinity Toy Tronics** (ITT) is a licensing, manufacturing and distribution company. ITT focuses on delivering a complete service for licensors in specialised categories of merchandise. Our approach is consultative and collaborative - we love to work with Licensors transparently and create the best products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Quality Control:

- Inspect toys for safety compliance, proper labeling, packaging standards, and accurate colors, sizes, and shapes.
- Ensure all products meet required safety and quality standards before shipment.

2. Operations Coordination:

- Act as the central point of communication between the office, factory, and clients.
- Supervise the transportation of orders and coordinate between internal teams and the manufacturing unit.
- Monitor production timelines to meet tight client deadlines.

3. Communication & Coordination:

- Visit the factory in Chakan MIDC twice a week to ensure smooth operations and oversee quality checks.4. Proactive Problem-Solving:

- Address production or quality issues proactively and assertively to meet deadlines.
- Manage production peaks from March to June and October to December.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the toy manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of toy safety standards and packaging requirements.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel between Bavdhan (office) and Chakan MIDC (factory) at least twice a week.
- Proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

**Location**:
Office: Bavdhan, Pune

Factory: Chakan MIDC (Travel required twice a week)

**Package**: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
