Position: Program Advisors

Payroll : TNT Business Services

Experience: 0.6 to 2 years

CTC: Upto Rs 300,000 + Incentives

Must Have Skills:

- Fluent English
- Sales Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for potential students, offering information and guidance on the admissions process, academic programs, and educational services.
- Provide tailored solutions to address the questions, concerns, and needs of prospective students.
- Counsel and guide prospective students on suitable academic programs, prerequisites, and admission requirements.
- Evaluate applicants academic records, transcripts, and supporting documents for eligibility and adherence to admission criteria.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with prospective students.
- Strong consulting and advising skills, delivering accurate information about courses.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Display an empathetic and patient demeanor to support prospective students in their decision-making process.
