A Field Delivery Executive is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products or goods to customers. The role involves managing the delivery schedule, maintaining customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Delivery**:

- Pick up products from the warehouse or designated location.
- Deliver goods to customers at specified addresses within the assigned area.
- Verify recipient details before handing over products.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service during delivery.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Route Optimization**:

- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Utilize GPS or other navigation tools to locate delivery addresses.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good condition.
- Perform routine checks and report any vehicle issues to the supervisor.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to traffic rules and company safety protocols.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- **Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates on delivery status.
- Report any delays, customer complaints, or discrepancies immediately.
