
Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of office operations. The Front Desk Executive will manage reception tasks, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service while contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception and Visitor Management**:
- Greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Manage guest check-ins and issue visitor badges.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation, such as visitor logs or office inventory.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address client, visitor, or employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist in resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor the condition of office equipment and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and readiness for meetings or events.
- **Recordkeeping and Data Entry**:
- Maintain accurate records of office visitors and activities.
- Update internal databases and contact lists as needed.
- **General Office Duties**:
- Assist with preparation of meetings, conferences, and other company events.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any field
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a front desk, administrative, or receptionist capacity.
Pay: ₹9,940.61 - ₹25,908.37 per month
