Job profile:
1. To Follow the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
2. To Follow and coordinate day-to-day operations activity of outlet.
3. To Maintain Outlet Stock, Inventory and strictly follow FIFO & FEFO.
4. coordinate and support outlet-incharge for Opening and closing of outlet as per outlet timings.
5. Escalante the issues related to maintenance of outlet at same day to Outlet Incharge.
6. ensuring maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
7. ensuring complete and timely implementation and execution of corporate & local marketing programs and brand promotions.
8. ensuring safe & Productive working practices & conditions.
9. maintain Hygiene and Cleanliness of the Outlet on a daily basis with the help of House keeping Staff.
10. To Assure and follow the grooming, Neatness and dressing policy.
11. Keep eyes on customer movement to prevent malpractices.
12. Deposit the Outlet Cash Twice in a Week.
13. Prepare the MIS reports on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
