We Are Hiring – Retail Sales Manager– Bread Division

Location:
Bangalore

Pristine Organics Pvt Ltd, a pioneer in nutrition and healthy food solutions for over 30 years, is looking for an experienced
Retail Sales Manager
to lead our
Bread Division
in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    retail sales growth
    for our premium millet bread range across Bangalore.
  • Expand market coverage by onboarding new outlets and strengthening presence in existing stores.
  • Manage retailer relationships and ensure consistent supply & placement.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Plan and execute
    promotions & activations
    to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic actions

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years
    of FMCG retail sales experience (preferably in bakery, dairy, or food category).
  • Strong understanding of
    Bangalore retail network
    (Stand Alone Super Markets & modern trade).
  • Proven track record of achieving
    sales and distribution targets
    .
  • Excellent team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
