Key Role & Responsibilities
Project Planning & CoordinationAssist the Project Manager in planning project timelines, schedules, and milestones.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure all project activities are executed as per plan.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project reports, minutes of meetings (MOMs), and follow-up action points.
Client Interaction & UpdatesAct as the point of contact between clients and the project team.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and update clients on project progress.
Address and escalate client queries or issues to the relevant departments.
Vendor & Contractor ManagementCoordinate with vendors for procurement, timely delivery of materials, and quality checks.
Follow up with contractors and labor teams to ensure work is progressing on schedule and as per quality standards.
Assist in negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost control and budget adherence.
Site CoordinationRegularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and check quality control.
Coordinate material deliveries, labor deployment, and installation timelines.Report any site issues to the Project Manager and suggest possible solutions.
Documentation & ComplianceMaintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, BOQs, approvals, and invoices.
Ensure statutory compliances (licenses, site permissions, safety standards) are in place.Assist in preparing handover documents post-project completion.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
