Field Coordinator, Programs will be responsible for supporting the implementation of program in the assigned geography/area/s. She/he will provide technical support in the areas of life stage programs, child development and ME KML. S/he will also provide technical support to the community mobilizers for quality implementation of the programs.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support and coordinate program team in effective implementation of project activities.
- Coordinate and support program team in implementation program deliverables on the areas of health/education/livelihood to ensure high impact on children.
- Be responsible for collecting and managing field level data of program activities, support the monitoring and evaluation processes, support reviews and statistical analysis in the assigned location/s.
- Support team in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress against agreed indicators.
- Supervise and provide support to Community Mobilizers in delivering their assigned deliverables.
- Build capacities of Community Mobilizers on the required areas.
- Support in networking with relevant government bodies and local organizations, Youth Clubs, community leaders, gender inclusive learning spaces, community-based forums, etc.
- Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the project activities and outcomes.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

**QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:

- Post-Graduate/ Graduate in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Management/another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in child development
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual.
- Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and disadvantaged children.
