Senior EHS Executive EHS Executive Location Insert Location Work Schedule Rotational Shifts Department Environment Health Safety EHS Experience Insert Years Qualification Degree Diploma in Safety Fire Environment or related field Key Responsibilities Shift-Based Operations Ensure EHS coverage across rotational shifts managing ground-level safety activities and emergency preparedness Emergency Response Act as first responder during incidents such as gas leaks or fire emergencies Drill Management Plan and execute Level-1 Level-2 Level-3 mock drills to test emergency readiness Audit Compliance Support ERDMP T4S IMS audits and safety inspections Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and regulatory filings Work Permit System WPS Oversee issuance and monitoring of work permits ensuring safety protocols are followed Safety Training Conduct training sessions on first aid fire fighting and general safety awareness Mentor and guide employees on safety initiatives and behavioral safety practices Fire Safety Systems Inspect and maintain fire protection and fire alarm systems Promote fire prevention by identifying unsafe acts and conditions Technical Expertise Use safety instruments for sampling and monitoring environmental parameters Implement and maintain EHS checklists and reporting systems Culture Building Foster a safe and healthy work environment through proactive engagement and continuous improvement Desired Skills Knowledge Strong understanding of fire protection systems and emergency protocols Familiarity with ERDMP T4S IMS frameworks and audit procedures Hands-on experience with safety instruments and monitoring tools Proficient in documentation reporting and compliance tracking Ability to lead safety drills and training programs effectively Knowledge of unsafe act condition identification and mitigation Excellent communication and mentoring skills Additional Information Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts On-ground presence and quick decision-making during emergencies is essential Certification in First Aid Fire Safety or Industrial Safety is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 10 458 16 - 32 939 99 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
