Duties:

- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front des
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Responsible for patient management & happiness
- Support the patient from entry to exit through proper communication & guidance.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and direct calls efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
