- Degree from NIFT /CFTI/FDDI and /or Diploma in Footwear Designing**Experience**:

**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- To conduct market trend analysis.
- To randomly inspect testing, including têxtile color dips and footwear durability.
- To ensure budget control while proposing a design.
- To evaluate all prototypes and ensure implementation of revisions to enhance growth oriented program for better marketing.

**Customer Oriented**
- To ensure speedy turnaround time for development of manufacturing sample.

**People Oriented**
- To ensure coordination with all stakeholders for design validation. To participate in outsourcing meetings to deliver samples and analyze design and assist outsourcing staff to follow the same.**Internal Business Process**
- To look after the designing and development of new products.
- To prepare protocols of new products.
- To look after style and color of Shoe.
- To adapt as per existing footwear collections.
- To create mood boards to experiment with shapes, colors and fabrics.
- To produce small samples to present to senior colleagues. To check the quality of finished goods v/s approved samples of manufactured items.**Competencies**
