- 3-10 years of experience in designing Slipper and Shoes.- Any additional requirement:
- MS-OFFICE(Word, Excel)- Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)-
- Key Roles and Responsibilities- Financial- To be responsible for costing, norms and swatch book preparation.
- Customer Oriented- To undertake market survey to understand market need and get feedback of launched product.
- People Oriented- To be responsible for helping production process control.
- To coordinate with quality control and lab team to achieve the desire look and standard of the product.
- Internal Business Process- To look after Design creation and Pattern Cutting.
- To do production tooling related to designing.
- To maintain design process/ documents related to product development.
