Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Music seeks a talented Art Director to drive design excellence and deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role focuses on executing creative initiatives while ensuring consistent brand experiences across Amazon Music India's platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on design capabilities with project coordination skills.

Key job responsibilities
Creative Execution . Create and maintain high-quality design solutions adhering to brand guidelines for Amazon Music India . Ensure visual consistency across multiple projects and platforms . Support implementation of design systems and visual frameworks . Quality check deliverables . Execute projects & timely delivery
Project Management . Coordinate with Marketing, Curation, and Product teams . Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables . Support process optimization and workflow improvements . Collaborate with global design teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Required Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field . 3+ years of experience . Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills . Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams . Excellent written and verbal english communication skills
- Technical Proficiency: Must Have: . Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) . Figma or similar UI/UX tools . Understanding of Project management tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Nice to have: Illustration skills
