Job Overview

We seek a skilled Visual Design Professional to develop captivating designs that convey our brand message across various platforms.

This key team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing concepts and execute designs that engage and inspire our target audience. Responsibilities include creating high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media, developing creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design, and working closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design.
  • Work closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs.
  • Ensure UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices.
  • Present and explain creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.

Prioritized Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
