We are seeking a highly skilled visual expert to join our innovative team. As a designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually rich content that showcases your creativity and expertise.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to push the boundaries of creative technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life using AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft visually appealing designs for various mediums, including photo-realistic images and cinematic videos.
- Translate creative briefs into AI-friendly inputs while retaining emotional and brand resonance.
- Collaborate with designers and content leads to develop visually stunning content.
- Constantly test, refine, and experiment with various platforms to improve visual outputs.
- Develop a library of design elements and assets for future use.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or motion design.
- A strong eye for aesthetics — composition, color, typography, lighting, and movement.
- Working knowledge of AI content tools (like Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Sora, etc.).
- Excellent command of language — you know how to describe visuals in a way that machines understand.
- A passion for experimentation and emerging creative technologies.
- A portfolio that shows a mix of design work and AI-generated visuals/videos.
Must-Haves:
- Basic editing skills in Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.
- Experience in creating Travel, fashion, lifestyle, or digital-first brand content.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with tight turnarounds.
