**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to guide and counsel prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, admission procedures, and available study plans.
- Assist students in choosing the right courses based on their career goals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records on CRM systems.
- Achieve admission targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Address queries, handle objections, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with academic teams to schedule demo sessions, webinars, and orientation.
- Support students in the registration and payment processes.
- Regularly update students about batches, classes, and exam schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
