*Job Description:*

As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage in interactive learning with students, offering guidance for various courses. You will provide personalized support to both students and parents, ensuring their educational needs are met effectively. Your role will involve cultivating relationships with students and parents, understanding their learning goals, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Interactive Learning:* Engage with students in interactive learning sessions, fostering a conducive environment for understanding and growth.

2. *Course Guidance:* Offer personalized guidance to students on various courses, understanding their individual strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences.

3. *Individualized Support:* Provide individualized support to both students and parents, addressing any concerns or queries they may have regarding the courses or learning process.

4. *Relationship Building:* Cultivate strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring their trust and satisfaction with the educational services provided.

5. *Needs Assessment:* Assess the educational needs of students and parents, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate courses or learning strategies.

6. *Feedback Collection:* Gather feedback from students and parents regarding the courses and learning experience, and relay this feedback to the appropriate channels for continuous improvement.

7. *Sales and Business Development:* Collaborate with the sales team to promote courses and educational services, participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

8. *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

9. *Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with students, parents, and internal teams, ensuring that information is conveyed accurately and promptly.

10. *Performance Tracking:* Track the performance of students enrolled in various courses, monitoring their progress and providing additional support or resources as needed.

*Qualifications:*
- Graduates who have better communication skills.
- Proven experience in education, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Understanding of educational technologies and online learning platforms is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
