Counselling the walk-in students at the centre and following up with prospects on time
- Generating enrolments for the programs conducted at campus and supporting students in the admission process
- Achieving set targets by the organization
- Reporting numbers on day to day basis for better monitoring
- Executing the tasks assigned ethically and following the rules and guidelines set by the organization
- Attending and representing INSOFE at various information sessions/Conferences.
- Work closely with the branding and lead generation team and plan required events Expected areas of expertise:

- Ability to “engage” with prospective students effectively
- Ability to convey INSOFE USPs in a crisp, effective, and professional manner
- Ability to listen and quickly understand the expectations of the audience and position
- our offerings
- Ability to understand and explain various technical concepts and their relevance to
- prospective students in a convincing way
- Seeking help from seniors and management in enhancing your individual performance
- Adaptable to changing trends and work effortlessly to achieve the desired results
- Experience in various sales closure techniques and various sales objections Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (written, oral)
- Strong on business ethics and maintaining transparency within the system
- Creating a healthy and happening environment in the team
- Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated
- Quick learner and open to learning new things
- Ability to stretch themselves on need
- Should be hands-on with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Qualification:

- Essential: Graduation/Post-graduation in any stream
- Experience as an education counselor/students’ counselor will be preferred

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
