**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create and develop educational materials, including textbooks, lesson plans, and online resources, covering various mathematical topics.
- Design engaging and interactive exercises, quizzes, and assessments to reinforce learning.
- **Content Review and Quality Assurance**:

- Review and revise existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.
- Ensure that all materials are free of errors and meet high educational standards.
- **Curriculum Alignment**:

- Align content with state, national, or international curriculum standards, ensuring that it meets the requirements of various educational systems.
- Stay updated on changes in curriculum standards and adjust content accordingly.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in mathematics education and incorporate new teaching methods and tools into the content.
- Innovate and introduce new ways to make complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging for learners.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to educators and instructional designers on the effective use of mathematics content.
- Offer expert guidance on the integration of technology and digital tools in mathematics education.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other SMEs, instructional designers, and educational technologists to create comprehensive and cohesive learning materials.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that mathematics content meets the needs of the target audience.
- **Assessment Development**:

- Develop and review questions for exams, quizzes, and standardized tests to ensure they accurately assess students' understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Create diagnostic and formative assessments to help identify learning gaps and measure progress.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather and analyze feedback from educators, students, and other stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.
- Implement changes and updates based on feedback and emerging educational trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or experience is an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or content creation in mathematics.

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
