Collect and analyze necessary financial documents (income proof, property documents, etc.).
- Assess the value of the property and its eligibility for loan sanction.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of the applicant’s financial health, including income, expenses, credit history, and outstanding liabilities.
- Perform property verification, including title checks and ownership rights, to ensure the property is free from encumbrances.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses seeking LAP.
- Perform background checks and due diligence on the applicant’s financial history and property documents.
- Coordinate with the legal and technical team to conduct property evaluation and legal documentation verification.
- Prepare and recommend loan proposals for higher approval levels if required.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on loan status.
- Clarify terms and conditions to the borrower, ensuring transparency in the loan process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement policies to minimize defaults and losses.
- Monitor and review existing LAP accounts to track loan performance and address any red flags early.
- Work closely with the Sales, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Collaborate with collection teams for delinquent accounts if required.
- Prepare regular reports on loan portfolio status, approvals, and outstanding loans.
- Provide insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities in the LAP sector.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
