- Perform general computer-based administrative work, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
- Organize and maintain documentation and filing systems efficiently.
- Provide support for internal teams by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating office tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
- Handle office-based administrative tasks, including data management, record updates, and preparation of reports.
- Visit project sites as required for documentation and coordination purposes.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including preparing reports, verifying records, and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to gather and manage necessary data.
- Provide logístical support for operational requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
